Ways to Get Here

From the airport · About 20–25 minutes

The quickest way to arrive. Taxis usually wait at the rank outside arrivals at Corfu International Airport.

  • Expect around €30–45 to Sinarades; agree the fare with the driver before you set off.
  • Show the driver the address: AVÓS Loft Studio, Sinarades, 49084 Corfu.
  • Arriving late? Let us know your flight time and we can recommend a driver.

From the port · About 20 minutes

Ferries from Italy and the mainland arrive at Corfu’s New Port, on the edge of Corfu Town.

  • A taxi from the port to Sinarades takes about 20 minutes; expect roughly €25–35.
  • By bus, take a short taxi ride to the KTEL terminal on Eptanisou Avenue, then a green bus to Sinarades.
  • Coming by car on the ferry? The drive is straightforward and we’ll send directions.

Public transport · Budget option

The green KTEL buses link Corfu Town with the villages and beaches. They leave from the KTEL terminal on Eptanisou Avenue.

  • Route B14 runs to Sinarades; route B10 to Agios Gordios also calls at the village on some journeys, so ask the driver.
  • Tickets cost about €1.50–5 at the terminal desks; on some routes you can pay the driver in cash.
  • Fewer buses in the evening and on Sundays; check the timetable on ktelkerkyras.gr.

Getting around · Short trips

The west coast is hilly, so an e-bike or a scooter is the easiest way to hop between the village, the beaches and Pelekas.

  • Bikes, e-bikes and scooters can be hired in the nearby resorts and in Corfu Town.
  • For a scooter you need a valid motorbike licence, and helmets are compulsory in Greece.
  • Agios Gordios and Kontogialos beaches are within easy reach.

Getting around · Day trips

A car is the best way to explore the whole island, from Corfu Old Town to Paleokastritsa.

  • Car hire desks are at the airport and in Corfu Town; book ahead in July and August.
  • Free public parking is a short walk from the loft.
  • Village and coastal roads are narrow and winding, so allow extra time.
